1. Sports talents/athletes
·Participated in provincial-level (including) or above sports events or activities in the past three years, and received third prize (including) or above honors;
·Awarded the title of second level athlete or above in technical level;
·Adolescents have a motor skill level of 7 or above.
2. Students with artistic expertise
·Participated in art competitions or activities at or above the provincial level within the past three years, and received third prize or above honors;
·The level of social art examination should reach level 7 or above.
3. Certificates of other levels must be reviewed by the Elite Program Enrollment Project Working Group of the Asian Sports and Arts Federation to confirm whether they meet the enrollment qualifications.
（3） Cultural requirements：
1. Requirements for applying to pursue a bachelor's degree in Hong Kong universities: The total score of the college entrance examination shall not be less than 20 points below the provincial grade line, and the English score shall be 100 points or above.
2. Requirements for applying for a Bachelor's degree in Hong Kong University Foundation: The total score of the college entrance examination shall not be lower than the provincial undergraduate score line, and an English score of 80 or above.
