The Elite Program for Outstanding Secondary School Students (Mainland) (hereinafter referred to as the "Elite Program") is a talent selection and training program jointly initiated by the Asian Sports and Art Federation (ASAF) and the Dance Sub-Committee of the National Sports Training and Competition Federation for outstanding high school students and sports and art students in the Mainland.

In order to deepen the exchanges and cooperation between mainland and Hong Kong in the training of talents in the sports and arts industry, education and teaching, and to have a more comprehensive understanding of the teaching policy, enrollment policy and campus environment of Hong Kong universities, members of the seminar "Mainland and Hong Kong Join Hands for the Development of Sports and Arts" visited the University of Hong Kong on October 26. This exchange visit laid the foundation for the mainland to expand the cooperation network with Hong Kong universities, deepen practical exchanges with Hong Kong universities, and further promote the cooperation with Hong Kong sports and art education.

From 25 to 26 October, the seminar "Working Together for Sports and Art Development" was successfully held in Hong Kong, China. The event was hosted by the Asian Sports and Art Federation. Luo Yin, executive deputy director of the Dance Sub-committee of the National Sports Training Competition League, and Li Yang, director of the sports dance project of the professional and Technical Committee of the National Sports Training Competition League, were invited to attend the event.

On October 25, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation in the development of sports and art exchanges between mainland and Hong Kong was held in Hong Kong.
